The Journey We Take Together
I don't take you through a program.
I take you on a journey inward.
For six months, my role isn't to tell you what to do or hand you a list of instructions. My role is to be a guide.
Together, we slow down long enough to see what has been driving your choices, your struggles, and your suffering. Not to judge yourself. To understand yourself.
You start to see how often you stand in your own way—not because you lack discipline or motivation, but because old misunderstandings are still asking to be believed.
This isn’t about changing your body and calling it transformation.
And it isn’t inner work that ignores your body.
It’s both.
Because changing your body is one thing. Changing the relationship you have with yourself — including your body — is another.
“
“This whole staying calm thing is a game changer for everything in my life.”
— Christy B.
Maybe you’ve lost the weight before. Maybe more than once. Maybe you’ve even learned how to keep it off — and discovered that maintaining a changed body doesn’t automatically change the relationship you have with it.
You’re not here because you don’t know what to do. You’re here because you’ve started to realize that “how” isn’t the whole story.
At some point, the question becomes less about what to do —
and more about why it still takes so much effort to feel okay.
Because lasting change isn’t just about changing what you eat. It’s about changing the relationship with yourself that has quietly shaped every attempt before this one.
When that relationship begins to change, the way you care for yourself changes too.
For many of the people I work with, weight is simply where this pattern became impossible to ignore. For others, it shows up in relationships, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or the same fears and struggles repeating in different forms. Either way, the work is the same.
Your path will look different from anyone else’s because your conditioning, your experiences, your relationships, and your protective patterns are your own. My role is not to force the journey. My role is to help you find yours.
Real change doesn’t come from becoming someone new. It comes from seeing ourselves clearly enough that we no longer need to keep pretending we’re someone we’re not.
“
“I think it means I love myself and I want to keep working on myself.”

How We Work Together
Coaching happens primarily through writing.
Each week, you send a check-in answering a set of prompts — what came up, what you noticed, what you're working through — and I respond with reflection, questions, and where it's useful, direction.
We also stay connected.
Written messages, voice notes, whatever the moment calls for...and every few weeks, we meet for a coaching conversation.
The writing is where most of the work happens.
You might expect the calls to be where the real work happens. In my experience, it's usually the other way around. The writing is where people slow down enough to actually see themselves — calls are where we build on what's already surfaced.
We use tools, not rules.
No daily tracking unless we decide together it's useful. This isn't about logging what you eat. It's an honest, ongoing conversation that meets you where you actually are, not where a plan says you should be.
This is slower than a 30-day program. It's also the kind of change that tends to actually stay.
